Raven’s Research Central is the nerve center of SEO research inside of Raven. It’s one place where SEOs can find deep domain and keyword data to target campaigns with precision. Chief Product Officer Jon Henshaw will review key features of Research Central, including the customizable Quality Analyzer and new data sources.

SEO Management and Link Building

Raven lets you manage massive amounts of data for your campaigns. Raven’s in-house SEO Jeremy Rivera will show you how to get the most from Link Manager, CRM, Backlink Explorer and other tools he uses every day. Jeremy will also demonstrate how he uses Raven’s Chrome Toolbar to research and track link-building opportunities.

Social Media Management

Managing social media can feel overwhelming. Community Manager Courtney Seiter will review how she uses Raven every day to manage content on Twitter and Facebook and report its success, as well as track important conversations and build relationships in social media. Courtney will also demonstrate how she uses Raven’s Chrome Toolbar for social media management. If you’ve never used Raven to manage social media, this is a great session to attend— Raven upgraded all of its social media tools in January.

Content

Everyone in online marketing has to be or will be involved with content marketing in some way. In 2012, Raven became the first third-party software system to add Scribe by Copyblogger, which helps copywriters follow SEO best practices. Copyblogger CEO Brian Clark will join Raven’s Communications Director Arienne Holland for special program on writing great content using Raven and Scribe.

Every online marketer needs metrics to manage campaigns and show results. Chief Product Officer Jon Henshaw will review the key metrics in Raven, including the new SEO dashboards featuring performance metrics for organic traffic.

Reporting

Reporting is Raven’s most important feature because it is how Raven users demonstrate results to their clients. Raven’s unlimited reporting gives users the flexibility to make reports as high-level or detailed as they want. Manager Jonathan Moreland will review options for customizing reports and offer reporting tips.

Raven makes it easy to manage your work and easy to manage your account. Controlling who has access to client data is an important function for any agency or team leader. Product Coordinator Alison Groves will demonstrate best practices for using websites, profiles, roles and users to manage team and customer account permissions.
